What must I commit to as a member of a LEADForward Connect?

  • Participate in group coaching calls: Be mentally present and engaged
  • Move through the modules in a timely manner
  • Commit to doing all pre-work and homework assignments

    • How long will this course take?

    This course is designed to take nine weeks to complete. Feel free to move at your own pace, however after 12 weeks, your login will expire and you will not be able to access any of the material. If you anticipate needing more time to complete the program, please contact us through the help desk.

    Why do I need to be available on Tuesday afternoons?

    Your coaching calls will be for one hour on Tuesday afternoons. The time will change as you progress through the modules as follows:

    • Group A (modules 1 - 3): 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
    • Group B (modules 4 - 6): 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
    • Group C (modules 7 - 9): 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

    Although participation in the calls is highly encouraged, we realize that there may be times when you must miss so we will record each call. You can request a copy of the recording. It will be available after each call.

    What books to I need to purchase?

    Before beginning, you will need to purchase two books that will be used early in the program:

    How is the course set up?

    LEADForward Connect is comprised of nine modules which you will work through in sequential order. Each module consists of pre-work and lesson videos. You will also be able to participate in Live group coaching calls per the schedule above. Ideally, you would have completed all of the material within the respective modules prior to the calls, but it’s not required.

    What if I need help?

    Don’t fret! There will be a help desk where you can submit all your questions. We are here for you every step of the way.
